Accorning to Abrahm Hicks - If you hold a thought for 17 seconds the law of attraction kicks in, and when you hold a thought for 68 seconds, that is when the manifestation begins.

The universe does this thing where it aligns you with people, things and situations that match your vibe. The more you focus on good, good things will come. The more you focus on bad, more bad will come.

Really pay attention to your thoughts today. Make sure they are not about complaining, or negativity, or the dissapointments in your life. Instead, focus on what your perfect life looks like, focus on all the great qualities you have, focus on a life of abundance.

Live for days when you are surrounded by your favorite people on the planet. Embrace the good people in your life and let them help you realize the world isn’t a cold, harsh place.

Live for the little things, because that will help you realize that is what life is all about. 🤍

From the moment you wake up to the moment you go to sleep at night. Everything is up to you. Your emotions, your thoughts, your perceptions, your reactions, every moment.

Set your intention for the day. Write out your goals, gratitude, affirmations. See your reality shift when you are grateful for what you have and attract what you want by appreciating already having it.

The mind is a powerful thing. Make sure you are filling it with thoughts that move you forward. You have the capability of creating whatever life you want. 🤍
