I’m Shelle, a certified life coach, and I help people who have experienced significant loss to harness their inner strength and regain a positive mindset so that they can again live life and move forward.

I feel like my whole life has been preparing me for the opportunity to help people through the art of coaching.  Becoming a certified life, grief and loss coach, along with my own self-coaching has been a life-changing experience.  In particular, I empower clients who are facing loss in their lives and show them how it is possible to convert these personal challenges into growth opportunities.  I offer them support and guidance to thrive through these transitional phases no matter how challenging they are. Having been through some pretty significant trauma, loss and death in my own life, I feel passionate about helping clients through what can be a very scary time.

I have found that most of the time life doesn’t go as planned.  I’ve made a lot of mistakes and learned many valuable lessons, and you know what? I wouldn’t change a thing.  I have learned that life doesn’t happen to you, it happens for you, and every single experience has gotten you to where you are at this moment.
